OUTWARD BOUND ist Mitglied des Bundesverbandes Individual- und Erlebnispädagogik e.V. und hat von diesem nach erfolgreich bestandenem Zertifizierungsverfahren das Prädikat mit "Mit Sicherheit pädagogisch" für unsere Angebote erhalten. Als führender Fachverband repräsentiert der Bundesverband seit 1992 die Vielfalt der Arbeitsfelder der Individual- und Erlebnispädagogik und seiner Mitglieder. Unter wissenschaftlicher Begleitung verbreitet der Verband den ganzheitlichen und handlungsorientierten Ansatz in der Öffentlichkeit. Er entwickelt Qualitätsstandards für die verschiedenen Fachbereiche und setzt sich auf Landes- und Bundesebene für die Interessen seiner Mitglieder aus dem In- und Ausland ein.
Das Wohl von Mensch und Umwelt ist eines unserer höchsten Ziele innerhalb unseres gemeinnützigen Wirtschaftsbetriebes. Daher freuen wir uns sehr über die Aufnahme und Mitarbeit als Mitglied, die bestandene Zertifizierung sowie die weitere Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie!

Der Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband ist einer der sechs Spitzenverbände der Freien Wohlfahrtspflege. Unter seinem Dach befinden sich circa 800 Mitgliedsorganisationen, die das gesamte Spektrum der sozialen Arbeit abdecken. Der Paritätische ist parteipolitisch und konfessionell unabhängig und an keine Weltanschauung gebunden. "Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints" Ein wichtiger Satz, der uns bei unserer Arbeit in und mit der Natur immer begleitet. Diesen Ort zu schützen, zu erhalten und anderen näher zu bringen haben wir uns auf die Fahne geschrieben. Diesem Thema sollte auch außerhalb des Welt-Umwelt Tages mehr Aufmerksamkeit zukommen. Wir freuen uns offizieller Partner der Leave No Trace Organisation (Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics) zu sein und auf viele weitere nachhaltige Projekte miteinander.
OUTWARD BOUND ist Mitglied des Deutschen Jugendherbergsverbandes. Wir freuen uns immer wieder sehr mit unseren Gruppen in Häusern des Jugendherbergsverbandes zu nächtigen um am nächsten Tag wieder erholt gemeinsam Erlebnisse zu sammeln. Vielen Dank für die gute Zusammenarbeit und den gegenseitigen Austausch!

The school Schloss Salem is a German boarding school with headquarters in the former Reichsabtei Salem in the municipality of Salem, not far from Lake Constance. The school was founded on April 14, 1920 by Kurt Hahn, the "father" of experiential education, who founded OUTWARD BOUND Germany in 1951/52. We continue to look forward to working with this institution!
